PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM THE ATHLETE STUDIO PLATFORM.

Ecommerce: To place a purchase of merchandise or other physical productions on the Service (“Purchase”), you must be of the legal age of majority from the state or other territory from where you are making the Purchase and a consumer - not a reseller. All Purchases must be for your personal use only. By making a Purchase, you hereby agree not to resell or distribute the applicable products and/or services for any commercial purposes. We will attempt to provide accurate descriptions of any products or services available for Purchase. We do not warrant, however, that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Fulfillment of all Purchases on the Services is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your Purchase at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

1. The product is unavailable or out of stock;
2. Your billing information is not verifiable or is incorrect;
3. Your order is flagged by our systems as unusual or potentially fraudulent or susceptible to fraud;
4. We are unable to deliver to the address information provided by you;
5. Errors in the description or price of the product or service,
6. Errors in your order;
7. Events reasonably outside our control;
8. Or other reasons as determined solely by us in our reasonable discretion.

Our delivery to you of an email confirmation following your placement of an order does not constitute our acceptance of such order, and we reserve the right to reject such order or limit the quantity of product or service offerings under such order. Unless otherwise specified, prices quoted are exclusive of: (a) the costs of shipping or carriage to the agreed place of delivery; and (b) value added tax and any other tax or duty which (where applicable) must be added to the price payable. You agree to pay for taxes, shipping or carriage in connection with any Purchase as such costs are specified by us when you submit your order. Any shipping terms, return policies, or related conditions posted on the Site are hereby incorporated by reference.

Title Transfer: The title and risk of loss for physical merchandise and products purchased from the Service pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Title to product(s) will not transfer until full payment has been received.

Payment: Your payment will be deducted as soon as the order is received. We will not start the execution of your order prior to having received payment. For bank transfers this may mean that delivery will be later than set out under the bullet point above.

Fees: To the extent the Service or any portion thereof is made available for any fee, including Purchases, you will be required to select a payment plan and provide Athlete Studio information regarding your credit card or other payment instrument. You represent and warrant to Athlete Studio that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. You agree to pay Athlete Studio the amount that is specified in the payment plan in accordance with the terms of such plan and these Terms. The Service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. You hereby authorize Athlete Studio to bill your payment instrument in advance on a periodic basis in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment plan until you terminate your account, and you further agree to pay any charges so incurred. If you dispute any charges you must let Athlete Studio know within sixty (60) days after the date that Athlete Studio charges you. We reserve the right to change Athlete Studio’s prices. If Athlete Studio does change prices, Athlete Studio will provide notice of the change on the Site or in email to you, at Athlete Studio’s option, at least 90 days before the change is to take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount. Athlete Studio may choose to bill through an invoice, in which case, full payment for invoices issued in any given month must be received by Athlete Studio thirty (30) days after the mailing date of the invoice, or the Services may be terminated. Unpaid invoices are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower, plus all expenses of collection. You shall be responsible for all taxes associated with the Services other than U.S. taxes based on Athlete Studio’s net income.

Returns and Cancellations: Please contact support@million.studio if there are any issues with your order. Provided your order has not been shipped or if it is within 30 days after your purchase, you may cancel or return any order free of charge. We begin processing orders placed at our online store almost immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please check the status of your order first by visiting the "Order status" link at the top right of the Website.
